Production Control:
Our teach support department checks all printing jobs before they go on the foil stamp machine to make sure all graphics, colors and sizes are correct. We will notify the customers immediately if there is any missing information needed.
Proofs:
We will provide a proof of layout via e-mail or fax. (No Charge) There is a $25.00 charge, if actual product proof is required.
Turn Around Time for Printed Orders:
Standard lead time is 1 week for new plate and 7 to 10 working days for printing (after final approval of proof), plus UPS standard delivery time. For custom foil color, allow an additional five to seven working days.
Artwork For Logos:
Please send artwork in these files: MSword, bmp, tiff, jpg, ai and/or psd. Please name all files with company name (i.e. ABC.jpg). If you do not have camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork, or if you need artwork cleaned up, call us @ (650) 225-9248 or e-mail to our Tech Support department @ Artwork@alhamracompany.com for pricing information.
Foil Colors Available:
Gold, Silver, Copper, Red, Green, Purple, Black (Matt Finish). For custom foil color, please allow additional 5 working days.
Reordering:
Alhamra Company makes reordering easy. We keep your files and other necessary information (for reordering) for 12 months. It will help us to process your order fast plus you can save a lot of time and money also.

Prices above are based on using customer supplied electronic artwork and one color printing on single panel only. If print more than one side, there will be multiply charge by number of panel (s) to be printed. There is No plate charge for second time printing, if using the same plate.
